So, what can you do? The first step for most patients is to try to get some immediate relief. About 15per cent of people do not seem to eexperience inflammation.
For them over counter pain killers like paracetamol are often all that is necessary to control their symptoms.
According to Dr Mary Ruth Swope Rheumatoid, Arthritis can be controlled with food.
She described Rheumatoid Arthritis -RAas autoimmune disease, while affirming that stimulating drugs have not been effec five in treating RA patients.
For her, deleting sugar in all forms helps in bringing improvement in the joints.
Also, eliminating caffeine from all sources often bring relief.
Other forms of natural relief include Omega -H3 fatty acids in fish oil. She also recommends drinking eight-glasses of water.
Drinking raw juices, especially carrot with celery and spinach bring about good testimonies.
Other Alternative therapies include-acupuncture. This Chinese cure relieves pain by realigning life energy. Western doctors think the judicioud placement of needles may acutally work by stimulafing the release of endorphins, the body pain killers.
Glucosamine derived from lobster and crab shells may help relieve arthritis pain, possibly by encouraging cartilage growth.
Experts also recommend exercises such as water work outs. The bouyancy of water can help you move stiff joints without gravity weight bearing pressure.
So also is walking.Walking is one of the best ways to keep joints from seising up-from the ankles to the shoulders.
Aerobic exercises helps too because they dont put pressure on the joints and can help build up muscles and keep ligaments and tendons flexible enough to give the joints the support they need.
