All Stars Tennis President Pledges To Move Club Forward
The newly elected President of All Stars Tennis Club 1994, in Port Harcourt, Ifiesimama Omineokuma, has promised to move the organisation forward.
He further enjoined members to be discipline and co-operate with the executive to achieve its set goals.
Omineokuma said this in his acceptance speech shortly after he was returned unopposed and elected President, on Saturday, at Number five field, Old Port Harcourt township.
He thank members for the confidence reposed on him, saying that the present executive would not disappoint members in all ramifications.
“ I promise that I will move the club forward and my executive will not disappoint you in any way.
I thank members for the confidence you reposed on me to elect me President of this organisation. I will give the club new leave of life through accountability and transparency,” Omineokuma said.
Speaking, patron and trustee of the club, elder Bapakaye Sam- Adoki, admonished members to reappraise themselves by ensuring that they carry out activities of the club effectively and efficiently as it creates fitness and mental alertness.
Elder Sam-Adoki, who was former State tennis star charged the new executive to take the club to next level, and promised to celebrate his birthday with a tournament at the court. He prayed God to give the exco courage and wisdom to pilot the affairs.
