Seven Ships With PMS, Fertilizer, Others Arrive Eastern Ports, Today

The Management of Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA ) says about seven ships laden with different cargoes will arrive two Eastern Ports.
The two Eastern Ports are Rivers Ports Complex and Onne Port cited and operating in Rivers State, Southern Nigeria.
This was contained in its weekly Shipping Position published by the Authority and copy made available to Newsmen.
According to the Publication, the ships will arrive at different berths and terminals to discharge their cargoes.
It gave the names of the vessels as Trans-Europe, Sozon, Ocean ii, Halima, Genco Weatherly, MSC and Laperouse respectively.
The Authority also gave the names of the shipping agents as JFDOR, Peejay, Blueseas, Samcham, Mediterranean Shipping and Delimfz maritime.
It added that the seven ships were laden with Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), Bulk Wheat, Bulk Fertilizer, Containers, Butane and Gypsum.
The statement noted further that with the arrival of the ships, it would boost and stimulate socio- economic activities in the State and its environs, increase trade and commerce in the South-South region.
The shipping position urged traders, importers, businessmen and those working in the maritime sectors to expect a boost in trading activities
