Royal Father Charges Taskforce Members On Performance

The members of the Rumuola Task Force Committee for illegal trading and activities have been inaugurated.
Speaking during the inauguration over the the weekend at Rumuola Town Hall in Obio/Akpor Local Government Area of Rivers State, the paramount ruler of Rumuola Community, HRH Oziri Chuku Oziri, enjoined members of the committee to work in line with the directive of Governor Ezenwo Nyesom Wike, stating that the inauguration was based on the directive given by Governor Nyesom Ezenwo Wike.
He therefore charged them to ensure that there was no illegal trading nor illegal drugs activities around the Rumuola fly over and its environs as directed by Governor Wike.
EzeOziri explained that one of the reasons they decided to constitute the Task Force Committee was to ensure that the roads within Rumuola were passable. He stressed on the need for members of the committee to protect all government’s property and asset within the area.
“Try to make our roads passable. In fact, as members of the Rumuola Task Force Committee, you must work round the clock to protect government’s property, including the Rumuola fly over.
“We have not asked you to go and fight anybody. Go there and find out who is blocking the road. If anybody is collecting money report the person. These are the terms of reference we are giving you”, Eze Oziri emphasised.
