Rivers United’ll Reclaim Top Spot – Duru
Rivers United defender Ebube Duru, has stated that he is confident that his side will reclaim the top spot on the Nigeria Professional Football League table following Thursday’s 1-1 draw which meant the team will now have to catch up to league leaders, Plateau United heading in into Match day 14.
Duru speaking in a chat with Tidesports source also rued the inability of the team to get the desired win against Abia Warriors which confirmed Plateau United’s lead as table toppers, having won a day earlier to open a two point gap lead before that was narrowed by Rivers United’s one point which was picked from its away draw with Abia warriors on Thursday.
