Customs Urges Officers to Tackle Smuggling, Border Crimes …Redeploys 37 Officers

Giving the directive recently during the official deployment of 37 senior officers to other departments and Units, Ali charged the newly posted Comptrollers to justify the confidence reposed in them by the management of the NCS by bringing to bear their years of experience and training in trade facilitation and anti-smuggling.
The directive, which was contained in a statement signed by the Customs Deputy National Public Relations Officer, TimiBomodi, harped on expectations from the officers.
