Nigeria Professional Football League giants, Enugu Rangers, are closing in on signing the Benin Republic midfielder, Stephane Sessegnon, according to Tidesports source.
Sessegnon is currently without a club after leaving Turkish Super Lig club,  Genclebirligi, back in August 2020.
Reports from his country revealed that the midfielder had held talks with the six-time Nigerian Champions and a deal could be agreed.
Rangers have signed nine new players in this current transfer window, and CEO Davidson Owumi a few days ago, disclosed that they were ready to do more business but didn’t confirm any interest in the former Benin Republic captain.
Sessègnon played for PSG – Paris Saint-Germain, Sunderland AFC, West Bromwich Albion, Montpellier Hérault Sport Club and others.
