Man Docked For Defiling A Minor
A 30-year-old man has been docked in Adamawa for defiling a two year old girl.
The suspect, a firewood seller, assaulted the two-year old at Kwacham ward of Mubi North Local Government Area on the 18th October , 2018.
He confessed that he saw the baby girl with her elder brother and lured her into his room and molested her by inserting his manhood into her private part.
He further stated that he accompanied the girl to their house after the act, but found out that the girl’s mother noticed an anomaly with the girl, who on interrogation narrated all that transpired to the mother, who immediately got the suspect arrested.
The presiding judge of the high court in Yola, Justice Helen Hammmayody, remanded the suspect, Ali Ibrahim in prison custody, while adjourning to October 27, for further hearing.
