Court Grants Sex-Starved Man Divorce

Mr Eric Frank was on Wednesday granted his request for the dissolution of his 30-year-old marriage to the mother of his four children, Ibeawuchi, for denying him his conjugal rights for four years.
The President of an Igando Customary Court in Lagos, while delivering judgement said that since the appellant insists on divorce, despite interventions from several people, the court had no other option than to grant him his heart desires.
The court then pronounced the marriage between Eric and Ibeawuchi dissolved, declaring that they henceforth ceased to be husband and wife; and to go their separate ways unmolested, while wishing them well in their future endeavours.
Mr Eric Frank was ordered to pay the sum of N150,000 as severance fee and N200,000 for her to get a new accommodation.
The custody of the children was given to Mr Frank who is in a better position to take care of and train them. The judge granted the ex-wife unhindered access to the children.
The Tide source reports that the 56-year-old business man had approached the court seeking to terminate his marriage, claiming that he had been denied conjugal rights for four years.
