SWAN Holds One-Day Seminar Today In PH

Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN), Rivers State chapter, will hold a one -day seminar today on “Shooting Sports” at the Ernest Ikoli press centre of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Port Harcourt.
In a statement released to Tidesports yesterday, the Rivers State Commissioner  for Sports, Hon. Boma Iyaye,  will be in attendance, as special Guest of Honour, the Permanent Secretary, Rivers State Ministry of Sports and President Sports Writers Assocation of Nigeria (SWAN) Honour Sirawoo, will be the guest of Honour and Director, Rivers State Sports Council, Mildred Hart, will  be guest at the programme.
While the key speaker of the event is the immediate past president of Nigeria Shooting Sports Federation (NSSF), Lonsdale Adeoye. among other.
The theme of the programme is “Unveiling Shooting.” SWAN members are also expected to be in attendance.
