LG Boss Hails Wike’s Pragmatic Approach To Security

The State Governor, Nyesom Wike has been applauded for his proactive approach to security issues and demonstrated determination to ensure the security of lives and properties across the State.
Chairman of Bonny Local Government Area, David Irimagha gave this commendation in a statement made available to newsmen.
The Local Government Chairman urged residents of the area to abide by the curfew imposed by the State Government.
According to the statement signed by the secretary of the Local Government Council, Warisenibo Omoni Long John, Irimagha noted that the curfew is for the benefit and safety of everyone.
He further stressed that it would help to checkmate and curtail the recent incessant killings of security personnel and innocent citizens by armed bandits across the State.
The statement said the council Chairman has assured of doing everything possible to ensure that the curfew is observed to the latter in Bonny LGA as to safeguard the lives of everybody living and doing business in the area, irrespective of status.
