PDP Is The Solution To Nigeria’s Problems – Works Commissioner

Ahead of 2023 general elections, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has been described as the only solution to Nigeria’s problems.
This was disclosed by the Commissioner for Works, Eloka Tasie- Amadi, shortly after casting his vote in Ward 1, Isiokpo Community, Ikwerre Local Government Area during the Local government polls held across the state on Saturday.
The Commissioner who described the election as peaceful and credible, said Nigerians should to learn from the Transformation Agenda of PDP in Rivers State which had brought development and peace across the state.
Tasie – Amadi who cast his vote at about 9.30 am said, PDP had done well across the communities in the state under the able leadership of Governor NyesomWike since 2015.
PDP, he said is not only a party, but a family,  and a role model in the state and beyond, saying that if Nigerians want to move forward,  PDP is the only solution to the nation’s predicaments.
He commended the security agents for ensuring peace and unity across the localities, just as he lauded the Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission, RSIECs, for conducting credible and peaceful poll.
At Ward 9, Unit 12 ,Omagwa, PDP Charmanship candidate for Ikwerre Local Government Area, Engineer Samuel Nwanosike who voted at about 10.15 am thanked the electorates for their massive turn-out.
Engineer Nwanosike who expressed joy with the electorates, said the third- tier of government is the closest government to the people.
Nwanosike also lauded the security agents for maintaining peace and orderliness across the communities and called on the electorates to exercise their franchise by voting candidates of their choice.
“The time to choose our leaders is now, come out and vote candidates and parties of your choice, it is our duty to vote the leaders of tomorrow today” he said.
Also speaking Councillorship candidate of the PDP for Ward 9 Omagwa, Samuel Oboni, said the electoral materials arrived  at his unit at 9am and he voted at 9.20 am.
The Councillorship candidate who was the former Chief Security Officer ( CSO) of the LGA thanked the RSIEC for conducting peaceful and orderly election in the area, lauded the security agents for ensuring peace and unity in the area.
Oboni who thanked the electorates for their peaceful deposition during the poll said, he was happy with the level of turn- out at the election, even as he said election is not a do or die affair, but a friendly contest that would produce a winer..
At Ward 13 Aluu community, election was peaceful, security agents were on ground to ensure peaceful conduct of the poll.
PDP councillorship candidate for Ward 13 Aluu, Henry EmekaWali, who described the election as peaceful and orderly thanked the electoral umpire for conducting credible poll in the state.
The Councillorship candidate who cast his vote at about 9.35am, lauded the electorates for their massive turn- out.
