Real Estate Company Harps On Property Ownership
The Mayor of Housing, LifeStyle Hub, Mr My-Ace China, has said that property ownership is key to investment and survival of man in life.
China said this at the Port Harcourt Lovers Special Incentives Dinner organised for members of Port Harcourt Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture (PHCCIMA) and others, last Thursday in Port Harcourt.
According to him, property ownership is paramount to any investment because generations unborn would benefit from it.
“Even foxes have hole and the birds have nest. If you don’t own a piece if the earth, you are not part of the earth. If you don’t have a home to call your own, you have not started”, he said.
Describing its social funding package as its selling point, he said the package allows a prospective buyer to own N150 million worth of property at a low cash of N2 million, N4 million or N16 million one time payment.
On the late appearance of the company in Port Har-court, China said that the company was not prepared to tell stories in the city, but to show something tangible.
According to him, an organic growth has to commence at a point, thus the decision to show itself in Port Harcourt after a successful trial in cities like Abuja and others.
“2021 is for expansion. We decided to do due diligence work before coming to Port Harcourt and not to come with a prototype”, he explained.
In his reaction, the President of PHCCIMA, Chief Nabil Saleh, pointed out that there was a lot of benefits in the chambers for business operators.
Saleh, who eulogised the efforts of the Mayor of Housing, assured of good partnership between the chambers and the company for a better business synergy.
On his part, the President of Nigeria Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA), Hyke Ochia, blamed part of the challenges in investment on what he described as ignorance of the existing product.
Ochia also reasoned that such brilliant opportunity from the Mayor would have been lost, if such platform was not provided, and called for more of such opportunities.
