Obuah Hails Wike Over Governor Of The Year Award

For adding another feather to his cap as the Governor Of The Year (2020) for Infrastructure Development powered by the Independent Newspaper, the Sole Administrator, Rivers State Waste Management Agency (RIWAMA), Bro Felix Obuah, has congratulated Governor Nyesom Wike for winning the award.
The RIWAMA boss said the beauty of the award was that it was coming from the critical Press that has followed up the trend of events across the country in this political dispensation, ascertaining that Governor Nyesom Wike was second to none in infrastructural development.
Although the capability of Wike has never been in doubt in view of his antecedents in various other leadership positions, notably, as one-time Supervising Minister for Education and Executive Chairman of Obio/Akpor Local Government Area of Rivers State, respectively, it has become crystal clear by empirical confirmation of the media that the governor was a man to beat in leadership performance.
“I salute his courage and doggedness; he has remained unruffled despite the distractions of political detractors and has rather converted their unnecessary remarks to an essential vitamin to wax stronger. I doff my cap for him and pray the good Lord to continue to strengthen him for greater breakthroughs,” Obuah said.
