We Treat Our Clubs Equally – Sports Commissioner
Rivers State Commissioner for Sports, Hon Boma Iyaye, has debunked insinuations that the state government’s owned clubs are not treated equally.

“Rivers Angels have a bus, may be the bus is under repairs due to mechanical fault, but I know they have a bus.
Rivers United is the pride of Rivers State, but when it comes to team motivation and commitment, the state government treats all the teams equally”, Iyaye said.
The commissioner expressed joy over the ongoing Governor Wike, Pre-season tournament, saying that, fans and football lovers in the state are excited to watch the tournament.
He thanked all the participating teams, saying that the competition is basically to assess the teams and their fitness for the new season and their continental tournaments.
