MFM FC striker, Nnamdi Mejuobi, has stated that it won’t be a big deal rushing through the remaining part of the season when football returns after being confined to stay indoor due to the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown.
Speaking in a chat with Tidesports source, Mejuobi said he alongside other players can’t wait to be back playing football again and hoped the resolution to have football league concluded came as quickly as possible to bring everyone back and start playing again, notwithstanding the possible rush that will accompany finishing the league season having lost out some time.
“As long as they rush us there is no problem.
“This lockdown made us stay indoors, we are angry to come back to the game and about the rushing that won’t be a big deal they just need to help ensure all the clubs have time to arrange themselves even if it is one week or two weeks so that we can get the players back on track.”
