Rep Empowers Constituents In Rivers

No fewer than 30 persons from Degema/Bonny Federal Constituency, Rivers State have been trained on broadband application, courtesy of the member representing the constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Doctor Farah Dagogo in conjunction with the Nigerian Communication Satellite Ltd.
The scheme is part of his constituency outreach and the third since assuming seat last year as House of Representatives member.
During a practical session held in Port Harcourt last weekend, the participants were  taught on  how to configure routers and fabricate RJ45 cables, as well as ping  network and communicate with IP addresses.
The participants were provided with starter packs such as brand new Hp Laptops as well as other logistics.
The Broadband application training brings to three Farah Dagogo has facilitated for his constituency where about 100 persons have so far being trained and provision made for start ups.
The other trainings were on catering services for women fish farming and aquatic lifestyle.
