NPFL:Rivers United Players Are Good Travellers This Season – Director

Former Nigeria International Eldred Abbey says Rivers United football Club of Port Harcourt are good travellers this football season.
He stated that united have being getting good results at away, adding that with their current performance they can win the premier League title.
Abbey who is also the Director of Real Madrid Football Academy of Port Harcourt said this, yesterday in an exclusive interview with Tidesports in Port Harcourt.
“Rivers United are a good travelers in this 2019/2020 football season. Any team that got a good result at away in the League is a better season for the team”Abbey said.
According to him, hopefully with such away result the pride of the state have potentials to contest for the League title this season.
He noted that Nigeria Professional Premier League (NPFL) this season has been creative and attractive, adding that those away teams are now getting good results.
He used the medium to appeal to fans and supporters in the state to come and cheer their team to victory whenever they are playing home game.
“With maximum support the team will do better this season” he said.
