Cleric Tasks Nigerians On Peaceful Coexistence

The former Bishop of Niger Delta North, Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion), Arch Bishop Ignatius Kattey, has called for peaceful coexistence among people, if they are prepared to move forward.
Katty made at the Thanksgiving/50 Birthday ceremony of Mrs Stelle Mike Elechi and the Vintage Farm and Product on its National Productivity Award by the federal government on Sunday, December 22, 2019 at the Chapel of Grace and mercy Interdenominational Centre, Elele.
He said those who belonged to secret cults could not have a peaceful family even when they have passed away.
The man-of-God noted that progress and prosperity were the hallmark of peacemakers, hence the need to be peaceful.
“Do not let people to deceive you into joining secret cult, if not when you are no more, both your wife and family will find it difficult to access your property, because, there is that secret room, that they will not be allowed to enter”, he cautioned.
In his sermon titled” Thanking God for His Mercy”, the Bishop of Diocese of Ikwerre, Church of Nigeria ( Anglican Communion), Rt Rev Blessing Enyindah (JP) said that those who are not grateful arrgreat fools.
Enyindah pointed out that the best form of asking for more was to say thank you, which he said elicited greater Providence. Those who are under Mercy and Grace, according to him, normally moved “No Bo To Sornbo”, and added that it is only God that can pencil someone for greatness.
Also speaking, the Chief Executive Officer/ Chairman of Vintage Farm and Product Elele, Eze
Mike Elechi, who recalled starting the year on a sad note, expressed gratitude to God for His
Mercy over his family and business.
Elechi who anchored his defense on the biblical injunction, that” God will contend with those that
contend with his children”, pointed out, that he would not renege on his determination to be
harmless. .
“ I have been a product of grace all my life. God answers my prayers speedily, that is why, I will
not change for bad”, he said.
It will be recalled that Vintage Farm and Product was among the few Nigerian farmers that
bagged the Federal Government award on National Productivity Merit Award.
