Winners Emerge In 2019 Nigerian Youth Talent Hunt

Winners have emerged at the 2019 Nigerian youth talent hunt programme.
The programme which includes music and talent development is being organized annually by the youth advancement scheme, a non -governmental organization based in Port Harcourt.
Information available to The Tide shows that Miss Chinasa Ekpeberechi emerged the overall winner of the 2019 edition, while Tony Affia came second.
Fortune Okene came third, while Esther Patrick took fourth position, the Executive Director of the organization, Mrs Mercy Elemchukwu said the programme is being organized annually to creat opportunities for youths in the Niger Delta to develop their talent, adding that some of the participants are now celebrities in their own fields.
Mrs Elemchukwu said since 2013 when the programme started over 2000 youths have been provided with various talents, stressing that some of them are excelling in their fields of human endeavour.
According to her, the organization has succeeded in taking thousands of youths off restiveness, adding that with public support, the organization will carry its programme to every nooks and crannies of Nigeria.
She also solicited for support to build a youth development centre in Port Harcourt.
