The Technical Adviser of Go-Round Football Club of Omoku in Rivers State, Smart Justin, has said that players in the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) have what it takes to feature in  Super Eagles.
He expressed sadness for not inviting any home based professional player to national team, saying that most of them have the skill and talent to be in Super Eagles team.
Justin said this in an exclusive interview with Tidesports last Monday at the Yakubu Gowon Stadium Port Harcourt.
Last week, Super Eagles technical adviser, Gerot Rohr, released  list of 23 players for the friendly football match against Ukraine next week, only one home based player was invited.
Justin, who was also the former chief coach of the club urged the Super Eagles coach to encourage home-based players.
“ The coach is expected to look inwards and get some players from NPFL to encourage them. The hunger to play in the national team is there, so that foreign scouts can see them for subsequent contract”,  Justin said.
