The Police Prosecutor, Sgt. Mike Unah, told the court yesterday that the duo and others now at large, committed the alleged offences on January 14, 2018 at 2, Bakare Close, Akiode, Ojodu Berger, Lagos.
He alleged that the defendants fraudulently obtained a Toyota Hiace bus from the  complainant, one Mr Jideofor Nwabude.
