As the new year wears on, a lot of fresh resolutions will be made.
Unfortunately, most of the resolutions will be to make money, boost relationships and connections but none for health.
A common adage says,”health is wealth” and indeed health is one insurance to achieve all our resolutions from money, relationships and leisure.
Without good and stable health, it will be difficult to achieve those laudible plans of ours for the year.
One major step to boost health naturally is to be aware of those minor ailments that beset us.
These ailments include: arthritis, body aches, sore throat, headache,cough, high blood pressure and others.
Naturally, it is believed that 60 percent of our ailments is caused by poor nutrition, over eating, and poisonous feeding.
Therefore, to achieve good health this year, good nutrition and proper and healthy eating habits are key.
Secondly, health is deliberate. Making self decision to improve your health is also very important.
Against this backdrop, taking time to exercise, to boost fitness is a path to better health.
Thirdly, don’t ever overlook signs and symptoms caused by stress and overwork.
Normally, there are bodily signs that should not be ignored. Body aches and headaches are signs that the body is under pressure.
Good sleep and leisure should be regularly observed. By relaxing the body, it is easy to check stress and boost body recovery.
Leisure is a key path to check stress. It has been medically proved that taking time out to do outdoor activities improve mental health and overall fitness.
Finally, meditate regularly. While many religions pray, others pray.
Prayer is good in reducing daily pressure. In other words, belief in the supernatural being gives us a sense of hope of wellbeing.
