Dappa Biriye Soccer Cup Competition: Monarch Lauds LCC

The Paramount Ruler of Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni Local Government Area, HRM Eze Uche Umeruju has commended the league of Character Club (LCC) for sustaining the Late Character (HRH) Chief Dr. Pere Harold Dappa Biriye Annual Soccer Cup Competition among club sides of South-South and South-East zone.
   The Paramount Ruler made the statement when the LCC paid a courtesy visit to his palace , spearheaded by its President-General,Chief Christian Kokoriko.
   Meanwhile,this year’s edition of the Dappa Biriye Cup will be lined to only Under 17 in commemoration of the celebration of the silver jubilee of the competition.
    HRM Eze  also encouraged the Rivers State Government to support the vision of the League of Character Club,Nigeria to mould the characters of youths in the state.
    On his part,the President- General said that passing on their basic message will go a long way in tackling different social vices in the society by ensuring that the youths are moulded to be productive individuals with the right characters to fit in the society.
     Chief Kokoriko also reiterated the organisations desire to ensure that they put in more work in order to make the youths, especially in the state to be better individuals.
