The governor who took pains to address them separately reminded them on the need to drive policies and programs that will move Cross River State from a third world to a first world.
To the new commissioner of Infrastructure, Ayade said, “you are being sworn in at the time that we have gotten the final approval and full construction of the superhighway has started, it is on your shoulder to drive the superhighway and all those infrastructural projects that will frog leap Cross River from third world to first world.”
