Daily Exercise, A Source Of Healthy Living – Fitness Trainer

A body fitness trainer, Clement Godwin, says daily training keeps the body system fit from many types of illness.
He explained that he had been training for the past ten years to keep his body very fit for daily activities.
Godwin stated this yesterday in an exclusive interview with Tidesports shortly after his training at Community Primary School One, Gure Town in Khana Local government Area, Rivers State.
According to him, exercise is very important to human health, noting that since he started training, all his body system has been very active for daily activities.
“I do my road walk every weekend to keep my body system away from Malaria illness,” Godwin explained.
Also speaking, another road walk trainer, Victor Simon, expressed joy, saying that, since he started jogging exercise, his body had been very healthy in his daily activities.
He called on elderly people and the youth to get involved in daily road walk because it kept the body system away from minor illness.
“I am 78 years old and my body system is very free for daily activities,” Simon stated.
