Collapsed Building: Architect Alleges Cloning Of Signature …As Panel Summons Ex-Minister, Others, Today

More facts have emerged on  the possible causes of the collapsed seven -storey building at the GRA axis in Port Harcourt that claimed many lives recently with the Director, Architectural Services, who drew and designed the building Archctect Yoasou Joseph alleging that his signature was cloned into the revalidated  2018 building plan drawing.  .
Arch Joseph made this revelations during cross examination at the ongoing public hearing of the investigative panel set up by the state government to look into the matter sitting in Port Harcout, last Saturday
Joseph, who informed the commission that he was responsible for drawing the 2014 and designing of the building plan editions through one Binafeigaa Timiebi, however ,denied drawing and designing the 2018  revalidated reversed edition building plan, adding that the signature and seal on the revalidated drawing plan, for 2018 was cloned
Also testifying, the initiator of the drawing and designing of the collapsed building, Binafeigaa Timiebi admitted that he contracted the building plan drawing to Architect Yoasou Joseph because   he was not a qualified architect as at 2014.
He told the commission that he was present when the building collapsed, adding that he reported the incident to the police.
Meanwhile,the panel of inquiry on the collapsed seven storey building has invited the former Minister of Sports, Dr Tammy .W.Danagogo to appear before it today.
Danagogo, a former Commissioner for Urban Developement during the last administration of Governor Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi will appear along side Sir Joseph Alagoa, the owner of the collapsed building,
Others are D J Amieyeofori, former  Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Urban Development and Tonte Davies, Director Physical  Planning, among others.
