Rivers Angels Coach Not Happy After 3-1 Win

The Head Coach of Rivers Angels, Okon Odoh said in spite of the 3-1 win against sure Babes of Kwara, that game was a difficult one.
He stated that the visitors were better side but he was happy with the three goals scored by his team, saying that the most important thing was the three points at stake.
Odoh said this at the Yakubu Gowon stadium in Port Harcourt on Wednesday after is team defeated the sure Babes in the week two at the going Nigeria woman football league in Rivers State capital.
According to him there are no push over in football noting that Angels played poorly but at the end of the day they were able to win the game.
” Sure Babas are new in the Female League, but the players are not new in playing Female football”, Udoh said.
He explained that many of the players in sure Babes have represented the country in the female football at the junior level.
The head coach commended the officials over good officiating adding that if the centre referrers does a good a job female football League will improve.
He revealed that before their game against Conflence Queens in Lokoja he will go back to the drawing board to correct the grey area in the team, to enable them run away with three points.
