CTC Boss Reassures On Democracy Dividends

The Caretaker Committee Chairman of Ogu/Bolo Local Government Area, Rev. Francis Ada Ebenezar has reiterated his determination to put smiles on the faces of the people and making them enjoy the dividends of democracy.
Rev. Ebenezer who stated this when executives of Ogu Community Development Committee (CDC) paid him a courtesy visit in his office at Ogu, said although he has a short time to stay in office, but would ensure that the council partners with organizations for the betterment of the people within available resources.
The Ogu/Bolo CTC Chairman said he would do his best in partnering with the body and some students in the area to keep the environment regularly clean in line with Wike’s zero tolerance for dirty environment. He stated that as stakeholders in the community who are next to the Chiefs Council, they should have synergy with the Council as determined is determinate to create impact on the people of the area.
Ebenezer thanked God for bringing on board a listening Governor and further enjoined them to preach peace in all the communities inspite of the vandalized electrical facilities in Ogu which has been rectified.
Earlier, the Chairman of Ogu Community Development Committee, Mr. Omiebi Arnold Davids thanked him for the opportunity and described him as a round peg in a round hole, saying this appointment was well deserved.
Davids also felicitated with the Governor, Chief Nyesom Wike for the appointment Ebenezer and highlighted of their reasons of paying him the visit which include finance to execute projects earmarked by the body, epileptic electricity supply in Ogu, clearing of major drainages, directional maps, a recreational garden, safety and peace among others. He enjoined him to maintain the existing peace as no meaningful development could strive in an atmosphere devoid of peace and unity.
In another development, CTC Chairman of Ogu/Bolo LGA, Rev Francis Ada Ebenezer, paid an unscheduled visit to the screening centre of PDP Councillorship aspirants at Ogu and commended the people for their peaceful conduct.
