Asonye who is also a strong member and elder of United supporters club gave the advice in a telephone interview yesterday, saying that their current impressive performance is commendable.
He further warmed that they should not be carried away with their first away victory, adding that there are more games to be played.
According to him, apart from the fact that United won the last game, but the management and technical crew of the club said it was not really impressive.
“I advise United players to maintain their performance, and should not be carried away with the away victory, because there are more games to be played.
I want to say that the management and technical crew have not actually performed well. In fact the away win really calmed down the fans and supporters”, Asonye said.
He explained that one move away win and win all their home games may secure them continental ticket.
