FCT Female League: Beautiful Tour FC Books Final Ticket

Beautiful Tour FC picked a ticket for the finals of the FCT Female League, with a 1-0 defeat of FC International in a Semifinal match of the competition.
Latifa  Usman of Beautiful Tour FC secured the win for her team in the 45th minute through a header.
Coach Besiman Ossai of Beautiful Tour thanked God for the victory, adding that, the team had worked hard for the match.
“I feel happy because we really prepared for this game, Glory be to God at last we made it.
“We are going back to prepare for the finals, we will work on the areas that we are lagging behind and try to make correction.
“We need to work on the attack and the midfield, the person that is supposed to play the attack is sick so were improvised,” he said.
The coach of FC International, Kabiru Sani, said he lost to a better team and thanked God for taking part in the league.
“I thank God we made it to the semifinals, it is not a bad outing but we hope to do better next year, ” he said.
In the second match of the day, Oyela Queens thrashed Civil Defence 2-0 to also pick the second ticket for the final.
Beautiful Tour FC will meet Oyela Queens in the final match to be played next week.
Tide sports gathered  that the league was played on home and away basis with the two top teams from each group qualifying for the knockout stages.
The two clubs in the knockout stages will face each other in the final.
