Expert Urges PH Residents To Invest In Iriebe Estate

A real estate practitioner, Mr. John Ordu has called on residents of Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital, to  invest in the Rivers State-owned,  Iriebe  Housing Estate, Iriebe.
Ordu, who spoke to The Tide correspondent on Monday, noted that real estate  was the greatest channel  through which wealth could be created especially in the prevailing economic circumstances  of the country.
He observed that, real estate was the fastest growing business venture globally adding that, return on such investment was a sure thing to come by.
According to him, “the return on such investment is so amazing that  capital invested in real estate could appreciate to return  more than 250  per cent within five years.
Ordu  stated that the Iriebe  estate  when completed  would be  a city  within a city  complete  with good network  of roads,  playing  ground, market, school,  social  and religious  centres  among  others.
He said upon completion, the offer of  3-bedroom detached apartments, 2 bedroom bungalows,  2-bedroom Duplexes and 1bedroom flats would all be affordable to those prospective buyers.
