Port Harcourt-based human rights activist has condemned the shooting of worshippers in Anambra State last Sunday.
The activist, Comrade Emperor Nnaoma, who condemned the shooting in strong terms, said that such was barbaric and sacrilegious.
Speaking with The Tide in Port Harcourt, Monday, he said that the killers of the 12 worshippers should be brought to book and face the law.
He frowned at a situation where people could take their grievances to the church instead of the “battle field”.
Nnaoma, stressed the importance of regulating armsandammunition movement in the country, saying that enough was enough.
The human right Activist, also addressed what he described as crude method of conflict resolution, and stressed that dialogue must be employed to settle issues.
He also called on those living abroad not to extend their “mafia war” to the country, especially during this period of hardship.
The activist, who doubles as a comedian,  told the people of Anambra State and others to learn how to protect worshippers during worship days, in order to prevent similar occurrence in future.
As a way forward, he advised the Inspector-General of Police, Mr. Ibrahim Idris, to draft a number of policemen to each worship centre on worship days.
The Tide gathered that the attackers were on Army uniform and vehicle.
The Tide further learnt that the gunmen were foreigners, as they never spoke English or any known Nigerian language.
