The ZTE official was  responding  to the speculation that  her firm  was flouting  Nigeria’s expatriate  quota limit as provided by law.
The Tide was told that ZTE was one of the top multinational Information and Communication Technology (ICT) solution service providers around the globe.
She further informed that the ICT company  has always  lived beyond  expectation on isues touching on pensions, taxes as well as laws in its host country.
She lamented with bitterness the  economic tension  rocking Nigeria, pointing out that it had led to redundancy of some Nigerian and Chinese workers in its employ.
Expressing hope in the resilience of the country, she said that her company would continue to do  its bit  until there is a boom in the country’s telecommunication industry.
Meanwhile, some Nigerians have insisted that the Chinese firm was not  sincere  about its claims in the expatriate  quota limit as many foreigners still occupy choice  positions in the  company.
