The Rivers State Governor, Chief Nyesom Wike’s landmark infrastructural development projects in the state have continued to attract commendations from several ethnic groups and non-governmental organisations in the state.

The latest is coming from the Wakirike Development Project.

In a statement issued to newsmen in Port Harcourt, Publicity Secretary of the group, Hon. Theophilus Ben Tamuno, described the governor as an outstanding administrator, who has continued to give succour to the problems of those who were neglected by past administrations.

The pan-Okrika development group was particularly impressed by the flagging-off of nine internal road networks in Okrika, describing the project as heart-warming to the people of Okrika.

The elite Okrika group further called on the good people of Okrika nation to reciprocate the favour extended to them by the governor by joining other well-meaning Rivers people to vote massively for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the forthcoming re-run elections.
