Rivers CJ Lauds Wike On NBA Building

Judge, Justice A.I. Iyayi-Lamikanra has described the newly commissioned Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Port Harcourt branch Law Centre by Governor Nyesome Ezenwo Wike as historic and laudable.
Justice Iyayi-Lamikanra stated this while speaking at the commissioning ceremony of the NBA Centre, yesterday, adding that the centre would enhance the activities of lawyers in the state.
The State Chief Judge who recalled that the governor had during the foundation laying ceremony of the building on the 29th February this year, promised early completion of the project said the governor has fulfilled his promise to relocate the NBA from the judiciary complex to its permanent secretariat.
According to her, the commissioning was a historic event in the annals of the State. He said, Governor Wike has written his name in gold in the administration of justice both in the state and in the nation at large.
She averred that the State Judiciary was reaping from the benevolence of the administration in the State.
The State Chief Judge urged members of the NBA to properly utilise the edifice and use it for the purpose for which it was provided even as she solicited cooperation among lawyers in the state.
