Banigo Greets Kobani At 52

Rivers State Deputy Governor, Dr. (Mrs.) Ipalibo Harry Banigo has felicitated with the Secretary to the State Government, Chief Kenneth Kobani on his 52nd Birthday Anniversary.
In a statement in Port Harcourt, the Deputy Governor described Chief Kobani as an astute politician and administrator who has used his wealth of knowledge to contribute immensely towards the social, economic and political development of Rivers State as Commissioner, Minister of State for Trade and Investment and Secretary to the State Government.
She noted that at 52, Kobani has remained a strong voice, political leader and a true representative of the Ogoni people, praying God to grant him peace, long-life, strength and wisdom to continue to use his exemplary leadership qualities for the benefit of Rivers people and Nigeria as a whole.
