Former House Of Reps Member Motivates Rivers Angels

sentative member and former Director of Sports at the University of Port Harcourt, Alabo Paworiso Samuel Horsfall has sent out words of encomiums to players of Rivers Angels FC.
The 2014 gubernatorial aspirant who is also a two-time former commissioner in Rivers State placed a surprise call to the club’s media department revealing he has been following the activities of the team and wants them to keep it up with the good work so far.
Chief Horsfall said; “I wish to commend the girls for always standing out and bringing more glories to the people of Rivers State.”
“I’m quite aware of their achievements and want them to keep doing us proud. I am proud of them and I believe the people of the state are equally proud of them,” the former Director of Road Safety added.
He went further to urge the girls not to let the present economic situation deter them and wished them well in their remaining league games and Federation Cup games as well.
“Yes we all know the present situation in the country but that shouldn’t discourage them, they should remain focused and be rest assured that their efforts will pay off,”
“I wish them more victories as they continue with their league campaign as well as the federation cup,” he added.
Chief Horsfall also promised to come watch the girls play in one of their home games before the season runs out.
