The event which was earlier scheduled to hold today at Eberi, the council headquarters, was rescheduled to next Friday because of logistics reasons.

The best three schools will go home with three giant trophies donated by a Royal father and sports philanthropist in the area, Eze Dr. Sylvanus Ogbueri, the Onwa Na Agbaraoha 1 of Etche Ethnic Nationality.
Mark said, the competition is aimed at encouraging youth in the area to showcase their sports talents instead of indulging in social vices as kidnapping and cultism.

Other dignitaries expected at the event include the Commissioner for Special Duties, Barr. Monday Onyezeonwu, Special Adviser to the Governor on Pollution Matters, Chief Nwuke Anucha, CTC Chairman Omulga Hon. Eze Nwuju, amongst others.
