This advice was given by a prominent paramount ruler/Nye Nwe Ali Omagwa in Ikwerre Local Government Area, HRH (Eze) Jacob Orji during a chat with our correspondent in his palace recently.
He said that Nigeria is blessed with a large population, an emerging market economy and numerous mineral resources that boost agricultural production.

The paramount ruler, said people can also venture into cashew production, tomato and cassava production in large quantity, adding that the soil is fertile for all kinds of crop production.
He hinted that the farmers in the state could even aid the state government to generate biofuel from the cassava, if the farmers were committed to their trade.
The monarch also said that the state had good climate condition in that both the wet and dry seasons are on considerate balance of scale.
“Here both rain and dry season are available on a good premises. It does not rain all through neither is it dry all through, this means that the two seasons favour agriculture in the state” he said.
He advised young people not to shy away from agricultural activities, but to join hands in order to earn better living.
He called on the state Government to make available loan facilities to farmers in the state to enable them access more land for the cultivation of their crops
