Ex-RSNC GM Celebrates Son’s Wedding

Manager of the Rivers State Newspaper Corporation (RSNC), publishers of The Tide Newspapers, Mr Amabipi Martins was indeed a happy man as his son, Bestman Amabipi Martins, took former Miss Gift Asikiye Jocob, to the altar on Saturday, July 23rd, 2016.
Amabipi could not hide his feelings during the reception ceremony held at Chrisolik Hotels along Peter Odili Road, Port Harcourt, when D. J. De-Wise rolled out some tantalizing vibes during the bridal dance.
Other dignitaries who showcased their dancing skills were the Chief Whip of the Rivers State House of Assembly and member representing Ogu/Bolo Constituency, Hon Evans Bapakaye Bipi, who was also the chairman of the occasion, the Caretaker  Committee Chairman of Ogu/Bolo Local Government Area, Hon Titus Wakama, among others.
During the solemnisation service at St John’s Anglican Church, Abuloma, Port Harcourt, the officiating Minister, Revd. Canon Mina Aprioku, charged the couple to love themselves and endure the travails of matrimony as good Christains.  He also urged them to love themselves always as husband and wife.
The man of God admonished them that God created the man and the woman and enjoined them to live as one, stressing that they should cherish the vow they have made by not looking outside for someone else.
In his vote of thanks, the groom, Bestman Amabipi Martins on behalf of his wife thanked all for making the day a huge success as well as thanked God for making it possible, praying for his divine blessings to be with them.
