midfielder Ogenyi Onazi says talents abound at the grassroots level and it takes determination and the grace of God for players to move from that level to playing professional.Onazi who is expected to grace the finals of the Brown Ideye Challenge, scheduled for the tomorrow  in Port Harcourt,  says he like most other professionals, past and present, had at one time or the other played at the grassroots level before they got the opportunity to move on to professional outfits.Onazi speaking to while speaking to Sports journalists  he is always interested in grassroots competitions and encouraged players at that level to ensure they put in plenty of hard work and hope for Gods grace to move beyond their present status.”There is no where I have not gone for “jeun jeun” (Grassroots competitions). I have been to Bayelsa from Jos. We went for the Chief of Naval staff cup.Where is it we have not gone to? It’s all the grace of God.It’s is something that we have really struggled for and God has really seen our struggle and with our hard work and the determination God gave us that grace. I have played Grass root football from Jos and there is no where we didn’t go to . We played up to this extent. For me I am always interested in Grassroots football because that’s where you get the raw talents.”
