NTTF Completes Knock-Up Hall Renovation

Renovation of the knock-
up hall at the National Stadium, Lagos, embarked upon by the Nigeria Table Tennis Federation (NTTF) has been completed.
Newsmen, who visited the hall yesterday, reports that workers were busy dismantling equipment used for the renovation.
The workers were seen removing damaged roofing sheets, cables and other bad materials.
Prior to the renovation, a section of the hall was leaking, making the hall to get flooded whenever it rained.
Secretary-General of the NTTF Chinedu Ezealah-Ogundare told newsmen that air conditioners and other appliances in the hall were also refurbished.
“This is an all inclusive renovation that would cover all that needed to be visited. The leaking roof has lingered for long.
“We are doing all at once so as to make the hall better for use. The leakages made it difficult for that section of the hall to be used.
“The rain is gradually approaching and it’s necessary that we fix everything, especially the roof before it goes out of hand,” she stated.
