Naija Music Stars Storm NIJ Carnival Concert

It was fun galore on
Monday as students of the Nigerian Institute of Journalists (NIJ) celebrated Students Week in a spectacular manner with various artistes in attendance thrilling the students and guests beyond their expectations.
The event tagged Carnival Concert and Exhibition kicked off with the Provost of the institution, Barr. Gbemiga Ogunleye giving an opening speech followed by MC Saviour taking full charge of the stage as Nigeria’s finest music stars displayed their artistry to the delight of the audience.
Not only did the musicians display their singing prowess, but dancers too also thrilled the audience. Notable among the dancers were NIJ’s finest dancer, Behro, the Generals, Fantastic 4 and lots more.
The defining moment of the night’s event was when NIJ’s finest and marvin Super Star, Koredo Bello took over the stage at about 9:15pm. The ‘Godwin” crooner was shown a lot of love by the audience as he thrilled his fellow students by performing three songs namely” ‘Romantic’ featuring Tiwa Savage gospel and PoP song and ‘Mongo Park.’
Apart from Koredo Bello, other super stars on the show were, HKN new signee Mayorkun as well as Dremo, Attitude, Genuiz and a host of others, while notable up and coming stars who also performed included: Ken Koore, Brown, New C, starlight,, Towns Ville, MozeJ, Best Slim Ever, Doyinsola, T4, Rashidi, Richie, Bandz Di Hara, YKC and a host of others.
