Hoopers Players To Feature In All Stars Game

Two members of Rivers
Hoopers Basketball Club will head to Abuja having been selected as part of the Atlantic Conference team for the upcoming All Star Weekend.
Shooting guard, Ronald Alalibo and Point guard Victor James were both selected after their impressive performances in this season’s DSTV Basketball League. Alalibo specializes in three pointers for the Port Harcourt club while James top-scored for the team in their loss to Nigeria Customs last Friday.
Conference leaders Kwara Falcons deservedly have five players selected for the exhibition game while the Savanna conference will be represented by 5 different clubs with Kano Pillars also dominating their selection with 5 players.
The All Star Weekend holds on Saturday, next week at the Indoor Sports Hall of the Abuja National Stadium.
