PDP Mourns Nwogu’s Father

Democratic Party Chairman, Brother Felix Obuah has expressed sadness over the demise of Pa Johnson Olaka Nwogu, saying he was a source of inspiration to many Eleme indigenes.
Obuah expressed deep sympathy and grief over the death of Pa Johnson Nwogu, father of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for Rivers South-East Senatorial District, Olaka Nwogu, his family, the people of Eleme and the entire people of the Senatorial district. The deceased was until his death the “Emere Nda Alesa-Eleme”.
He describes Pa Nwogu’s death as a great loss, not only to his family and community, but the entire State and the nation, as he impacted positively on wide range of people across the nation, particularly the people of the Niger Delta.
Obuah noted that the deceased was dependable, a pillar and source of inspiration to the family and everyone who came his way during his life time.
Chief Johnson Nwogu, Obuah further stated, was a devout Christian, no who lived a fulfilled and meaningful life worthy of emulation by all men of conscience.
According to him,’’Pa Nwogu was indeed, a real patriot, and highly respected community leader, a mobillizer and philanthropist that we would have loved to still be around us, especially this period in our political life”.
Pa Olaka Nwogu was buried last Saturday.
