PDP Absolves Self Over Alleged Murder

Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for the Khana-Gokana Federal Constituency rerun elections, Honourable Dumnamene Dekor has described plot to link him to the murder of Piale Silias alias Dangbese, as ‘demeaning and insulting’.
Honourable Dekor who stated this while sympathising  with the bereaved family over the loss of their son, explained that he left home last Saturday, in the morning, to Port Harcourt to welcome members of the PDP National Convention Planning Committee who visited the State to attend the inaugural meeting of the Committee.
The National Assembly candidate noted that he was shocked that he could be linked to the murder which he has no hand in.
He explained that the younger brother to the Late Dangbese, during the condolence visit paid to the family by Magnus Abe, Barry Mpigi and Eri Nwibani (the Khana APC Chairman) accused him  (Dumnamene Dekor) of being in company of Solomon Ndigbara and his boys, who shot and killed Dangbese at a funeral in Khana LGA of Rivers State, last Saturday.
