Royals Olajide, Chair
man of Kosofe Football League yesterday said that the ongoing league would serve as a breeding ground to enhance young talents development.
Olajide told the newsmen  in Lagos that 10 clubs were currently participating in the league which commenced on February  13.
He said that the league was organised under the auspices of the Kosofe Football Coaches Council to identify talents that could represent the state and the country in the future.
“We organise the league to expose the talents of our youths. We are also using it to prepare the boys to be able to represent our country
in future tournaments.
“Kosofe Football Coaches Council has always been on the leading side in Lagos State Football Coaches Council.
“We want to provide more opportunities for young lads to develop their talents.
“This league is also featuring quality players that can fit into any team in the country’s leagues and outside the nation,’’ he said.
The chairman also appealed to the Kosofe Local Government Council and corporate bodies in the locality to support the league.
He added that the league would end in July.
