Abula To Retain Gold Medals

of Rivers State’s Traditional Sports  (Abula), Paul Asaah has expressed optimism that his team would retain the gold medals won at the last National Sports Festival held in Lagos State.
Coach Asaah, who is also the National Coach of Abula, disclosed this during an interview with Tidesports in Port Harcourt.
He said that his team is poised and always fit to defend and retain the medals won at the 18th NSF, when the paradise games gets underway.
The athletes are good and they have all it takes to win the medal back-to-back.  If the competition kick-off today, we are sure to win the all three gold at stake for the vains event”, he said.
However, Coach Asaah is planning to organize a competition at the national level before the fiesta proper which is scheduled to hold November, this year.
The National boss of Abula thus call on well-meaning individuals and corporate organization to support the Federation by sponsoring the programme.
It would be recalled that the State Abula team won all three gold single male, single female and the double at the 17 and 18th NSF held in Port Harcourt and Lagos respectively.
