Oduah Celebrates Xmas For Widows

ister and Senator representing Anambra North Senatorial District, Senator Stella Oduah, has presented gift items to widows in celebration of the yuletide season.
Presenting the items to the beneficiaries at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Odoakpu, in Onitsha, Senator Oduah said the gesture was in view of the prevailing harsh economic situation in the country.
She told the widows to adopt Jesus Christ as their husband, stressing that Christ is not only the giver of life but one who can take away life as he pleases.
She assured that she would make life more meaningful for all those domiciled in her Senatorial District, particularly the widows and the less privileged during the yuletide season.
Senator Oduah told the widows not to lose hope, stressing that the exercise would be continuous one
Speaking, Reverend Father Uzor of Sacred Heart described Senator Oduah as generous and selfless, adding that her works of charity started long before she got involved in politics.
Senator Oduah is one senator in the 8th Assembly whose elections have been upheld by electoral tribunals.
